Team Sizes: Every member in Longhorn Developers is placed on a project team (UT Registration Plus, UT Dining, etc.). Project team sizes can have up to ten students each, including a Product Lead, Technical Lead, and UX Design Lead, and product fellows, developers, and designers. These small teams reduce overhead for project leads and give members a bigger role in each project.
